My recent guest wrote an excellent review giving my listing a 5 star evaluation to all criteria, but her overall review is marked by the system as 4 stars. This problem lowers my rating and interferes with my being qualified for a super host. How could this question be managed and solved?
@Iori1 It is not a system issue. Overall is never an average of each individual categories. Hopefully this can be changed one day.
Overall star is also given by the guest. It could be a fat finger error from the guest. It could be that guest might not understand how Airbnb rating works. 4 star actually punishes the host.
