I just looked up Airbnb, and saw that a family had wanted to stay at our place, last night, but we had no notice in either email or by text. Feel bad about that. Why or what happened, why no notice?
@Gloria392 it happens all the time to me, I hope they fix it soon. In order to keep my responce rate I check the app 2-3 timer per day and I don't miss anything.
We check every few minutes and it was not on there. Itcame the next morning, after it was too late. We have it notify us by text and email, on both our computer and phones. Nothing. We texted as soon as we saw the reservation, and apologized , and they were understanding. Where they could have stayed one night for their family of give, for under $100, they paid $275.
