Not getting respond from the Airbnb support team

This is a third day that I am waiting for the Airbnb support team to respond and resolve my issue with a guest. I tried to call them and sent several emails but they said will get back to me shortly. Does anyone no what shortly means by them? Thank you

Hi @Maria1669

From the posts on this forum,  "shortly" from airbnb means anything from 30 minutes to 3yrs.

Have you tried Twitter or explain the problem and someone here will try and point you in the right direction.

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your reply. I called them on last Sunday & that’s when they have told me that my case manager will be in touch shortly. It is about  the payout. Airbnb sent me an incorrect amount & I don’t know how to resolve it.
