On what screen can I find the pre-approval icon

On what screen can I find the pre-approval icon

  1. I have replied to a potential guest but cannot find the pre-approval icon as it is described in the "help" section.

So you have received an inquiry message and you want to pre-approve the guest, @Patty68.  Go to your messages, select the message from the guest you wish to pre-approve and you will see the option to pre-approve or decline.  Now, these are instructions using a lap top.  I do not try to run all my business from a device, so I don't know if the steps are the same.
