Partnering with other hosts to grow Airbnb portfolio

Hello! I have 4 Airbnb's in Richmond, VA that I have leased from property owners and sub-leased on Airbnb. I am a full time real estate investor with 118 rentals myself, but they are "affordable housing" so really not for Airbnb. I'd like to grow my Airbnb portfolio in other cities and would like to partner with individuals to grow this portfolio. Right now I am looking at the Vegas and Phoenix areas. If you are currently doing Airbnb's and would like to discuss partnering, please reply. I have the capital for the rent and upfront cost, but need local feet on the ground to identify property, furnish property, take pictures, set up on Airbnb and manage the property. Willing to split the net profit.
