Hi - I wonder is anyone has received a similar email from ABB post a request for damages. The guest accepted my request so I thought we were sorted and then I received an email from ABB stating that the payment had been delayed as they had encountered a problem with his payment but they would resolve it and update me. I've heard nothing for 4 days. I contacted the guest and he said that his registered card was at expiry but he'd input new details so should be fine now. I've still heard nothing. I don't see a method to contact ABB about it.
Could anyone advise?
