Professional pictures is it worth it?

I was reluctant to add additional costs to my budget to get professional photos. However, I’m interested in increasing my price and need my listing to stand out. I’m tired of competing solely on price and reviews and want to capture guests that view my listing, so I took the plunge and hired a professional. Airbnb doesn’t offer a photographer in my area, but I found one on my own. I’m now convinced it was a good idea! I’m planning on taking professional pictures of the other house I have as a STR as well! It’s too bad I can’t show the before and after photos, but here are the listings I did update! Are there any other hosts who have done the same? If so what increase did you see in your nightly rate?
