REFUND TO GUEST , ** FOR BOOKING ON 30/10/2021

Due to COVID 19 , I decided to stop the homestay business for a short while. I blocked the booking calender since few months back till Feb 2022 to stop taking booking.

On 19/10/2021 , I noticed that the guest, ** had confirmed his booking on 30/10/2021 by paying to airbnb eventhough I had blocked the calender dates for not ready to take in any booking since few months ago till Feb. 2022 !!

 

My home stay is not available on 30/10/2021 for guest to check in.

 

Why this kind of incident happened ??

 

On 19/10/2021, I had lodged a complaint to airbnb and requested airbnb to refund back to the guest. I Had also notified the guest that my home stay had been blocked for booking and it is not available for check in time being.

 

Till date, I had not received any response from airbnb about the refund. 

 

The guest, ** also informed that airbnb has not replied to him yet about his refund.
