Refund payment to my guest can not do

I am trying to send money to my guest Tracey for a refund but it’s not letting me. It’s saying I don’t have a payout method on my account. Can you help me with this?

@Kristianne1 are you sure it says payout method.

I think its asking you for a payment method in which case you could be refunding the guest before you have been paid.

Not enough information Kristianne, is the guest in residence or checked out or not arrived, have you been paid or not. why are you refunding.
