ACH/Direct Deposit not showing as Payout Option

Hi Everyone. I am in the US and ready to go live. I'm trying to setup my payout method. Under the setup payout tab ... the ACH/Direct Deposit option is not showing up. Any ideas about what to do? Thanks!!!!!
