Refund to a guest after I've been paid by Airbnb

Our guest had a car accident on the way to her reservation.  She was not able to check- in that evening but came the next day.  She didn't ask for a refund for the first night but we made an offer through airbnb, and she accepted, to refund her $100.  The problem is that the payment had already been released to us and we have no idea how to give her the $100 through airbnb.  Can airbnb charge our credit card the $100 and refund her? or should we ask her for her address and just cut her a check?  Help!  She and her group were great guests and we want to do right by them.

@PaulAndSusan0 Once I tried to send money to a guest after their check-out (their booking was doubled), but it didn't work. I had to handle it another way - I had a chance to host them to compensate for that. But you can always try, maybe they improved their service.
