Can anyone help navigate the resolution center?  I've filed two claims that escalate all the way to the host guarantee and each time I do all I get from Airbnb is cut and past messages saying that they haven't heard from me and they are going to close the case in 30 days.  Then after 30 days they send a message saying they haven't heard from me so they are closing the case.  In the meantime I'm e-mailing them daily sending attachments, bills, invoices photos, etc.  Sometimes 20-25 e-mails and all I ever get is a message saying they have not heard from me.
