My last guest wanted to write a nice review for me but he wrote it on the private review not the public one, he can't change it now as I comment back on his public comment which was too short, how can he change it? Or to make the private review public?

How do you know that it wasn't his intention?

But reviews can't just be altered unless there's a dispute of some sorts but then you'll have to contact ABB.

Maybe it was deliberate or a perhaps a mistake. Either way people should be more careful with their actions on the site.
