Hello, I am a new host. Today a guest tried to book a reservation for my apartment, I recieved the notification and pre-aproved. She said that her credit card showed it was charged but there was an error when I tried to confirm the booking. How can I solve this. She wants to get in on Monday

If you confirmed the booking, that's it!
Maybe your guest have to complete the ID verification, or she did something wrong during the procedure.
anyway we need more informations, what you see in your calendar? any message in the email about this? you requiered an ID verification before complete the booking in your options?
or you can try to contact Airbnb support via tweeter or FB.

When I click in confirm booking : "we had an issue creating your reservation. The opereation couldn't be completed. (promise Kit. Error 0.)
-I saw that she was already verifyed, and actually I did not chose to verify my guests.

Did you receive a booking confirmation from airbnb ? If not, there is no booking and you should not reveal your details or letting him/her into your property until there is a confirmed booking in place. It can be a scammer, but not necessarily so. Or someone with a stolen card.
There may be a hold on the card for a potential booking - that does not mean the card is charged.
Ask your potential guest to contact airbnb to have the issues sorted.
Is your calendar blocked out with their name for the dates they booked? In your reservation list, do you have a booking with 'Accepted' beside their name. If so, you have a fully confirmed booking. If not, they need to contact AirBnB, not you.
