May I please ask why we can't reply the reviews of guests who have stayed with us and made feedbacks regarding their stays which we normally can?

@Phuong-Anh-and-Huyen0 this is not Airbnb customer service but a community forum and we are all hosts and guests here that don't have access to your profile. You don't see the "reply" option or you are able to write a review just it doesn't get posted?
