Accessing Resolution Center

HI Everyone!

I’m a primary cohost for several listings and I need to be able to access the resolution center for claims/requesting additional monies etc.

I’ve tried and it just loops me around to my inbox (this was after Airbnb said I should be able to access it as the primary host). 

I’ve called into Airbnb 3 times for this and been given 3 different answers. The last response is that only listing admins can access the resolution center. The whole point of me cohosting for my owners is to save them the time and hassle of doing the work and now I’m being told that they are the only one (as the listing admin) who needs to contact the resolution center. 

Is this correct? I can’t trust their responses because they are all different.

@Josie69 I believe that is true. There are a few of things on that profile that you don't have access to as a co-host.
