Why does my house not show up under the listings for our town when I search it? Sugarbird House, Pringle Bay

@Milly8, your house is definitely on the map. I just searched for Pringle Bay, and the map automatically showed me 285 listings in the area. Yours was on the list.

One problem, though, is that your listing appeared as #269 of 285 listings... on the next to last page. That is a very low search ranking. If the guest was searching a wider area, and there were more than 300 listings on the map, it is almost certain your listing would not be in the top 300 and therefore would not appear at all.

You should take a hard look at the nearby listings that are like yours and try to figure out why they are listed higher than yours. Maybe search on this board for advice on how to improve your search ranking. If you are having trouble finding your listing, guests will have trouble finding your listing.
