Exception Reservation Special Offer

OK, I have a client that wants to book the 29th to the 2nd for example I have the 29th booked for cleaning as I have a check out at 10Am but I am able to let them check in on the 29th at 4 PM rather than 3 PM on exception this day is typically blocked.  How do I get the special offer to work, I changed the main parameters to allow same day reservations so I could extend the special offer but it did not work. It's approved, how do I allow the client to book the 29th to the 2nd?  Need help quickly so I can respond by the morning thank you!
