Send Guest money

Hi I have a repeat guest and I told her I would give her a free night. She has already booked  and paid in full. I’m trying to send her 175.00 but it want send. How do I send 175.00 to a guest ?

If she’s already checked in refund her through the resolution center or modify the reservation and put in a new price. Remember that modification does not add the cleaning fee so calculate the new total with cleaning fee included. If you’ve already been paid Airbnb will deduct from your next booking.

if she has not checked in yet, just modifying the reservation will work. In that case she has to approve the change.

All I see now is to change guest or date. I don't want to do either, just send a refund for a reduced fee. It used to have an option for that and now it doesn't; and it won't let me proceed if it's not for one of those two reasons.
