I had a guest just book. Before booking she sent an inquiry and asked if I could extend a special offer for staying a week. I told her I could and quoted her a price. She just booked without having me first make the adjustment. Is there a way to now send her the money to reimburse the difference?

@Sarah163 If it is an upcoming booking, make a special offer. Once she accepts that, Airbnb should send her some money back. If she is already staying with you and they sent you the payout, it will be substracted from your future payout.
