Travel credit coupon

Hi there, I had 44 euros in credit due to a terrible Airbnb experience. I had an email back reminding me to use the credit but it didn't mention any expiry date. Now I want to book but the credit is not appearing anywhere on my account. How can I use this credit or find out where it is? Thanks in advance, Harriet

@Harriet72 go to your profile and click on "credits&coupons". All your coupons should be there with expiration dates. If it is not there it is probably expired. How long ago did you get it?
