Hi I have received an email from yourselves to say you are waiting to send a payment to us however I cannot get into my account or put a payment method on please can you advise me what to do.

@Joanne420 this is a community forum and we are all hosts here, and not Airbnb employees. That being said, in order to set up a payout method you need to log in to your account. Type in Airbnb.com in your browser and in the top rigt corner you will see "Log in" tab, click on it and type in your password and username. After that follow the instructions in tge link below on how to set up a payout method. https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1342/how-do-i-set-up-a-payout-method

Since you are a new host payment can take up to 30 days.
