US dollars to pesos aren’t matching up.

Hello, 

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in the Dominican Republic. I caused a damage to the shower and I am willing to pay for the damages caused. But the price is in Pesos and it isn’t matching up to the US dollar are not matching up. I don’t know if I am being taken advantage of or if I should leave the situation alone. Help please!!!

Tell the host to send a request for money to you. (To the host, the price will appear in the host's country currency)

To you the price will appear in your country currency.

When you receive, all you have to do is to accept the request (if you think the price for the damage is fair).

If you think the host is charging less then he should, then tell him to set the right price.
