Unable to update discount for specific dates

I am trying to apply discounts for specifics dates and remove discount for some! Unfortunately I am not being provided an option on right side to apply such discounts/prices as per this post: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Help/How-do-I-put-a-discount-on-certain-dates/td-p/487171

You can only change prices for those dates directy in the calender.

For discounts you first need to select "promotions" (if available) before selecting the dates.

Or use rulesets for more options.

 Above is how and what shows under my "Listings" and none from above gives option to add custom price
