I am superhost. Only one bad review fake. I send message to airbnb and no answer and the worst is the bad review show first all the time from January and I had four very good reviews after and they don't put. What do you recommend
@Loucas0 You can respond, but I suggest to make it short and sweet and use the opportunity to sell your place and correct errors in their review. Most guests will take note that you replied in a proactive way and did not vent or attack the guests. There are many post (search for bad review and response) outlining how to respond to a bad review for your benefit. Or say nothing, many guests will look at your great reviews and see this one as an outlier.
