Why can't my co-host access their payment?

We have recently assigned a co-host to help our guests locally in Thailand. I have assigned him on Airbnb, asigned how much commission he gets and that the cleaning fee should go to him directly. It shows me that his portion was taken off of my payment a co-hosting adjustment however he says he can not access the money. Is there something else I need to do so he can access it? I can't seem to find anything that indicates I need to do more but don't understand why he can't access the funds.

I was wondering since this was going on until Sunday if you have already spoken with Airbnb about this? If not, I'd recommend that you have a look at the how to contact Airbnb guide.

There is no customer service and no way of getting in contact with airbnb. I am waiting - 2 months later - to get a payment for 1 night - WHERE IS MY MONEY - as soon as I receive payment i will delete my listing - this is a total rip off

Hi, I'm Cami; I'm a co-host,  for 32 days now 🙂

Was your payment issue resolved for your co-host in Thailand? 

We have guest's  every night& I am here, on site.  My transaction history stopped on 8/1. That's the last time I have received $$ and it has no future payments even though we're booked  here for just about every night. What hapened??? I was getting paid daily. 

I've already discussed this with our host and sent a help center message, I'm  turning to the community at this point hoping for an answer
