Why don't guests leave reviews ?

I am close to loosing  my superhost status because the majority of my guests will not leave a review.

One of my guests have mentioned that "you have wonderful reviews, we do not need to add anything".

Starting to feel disappointed that I am leaving my guests a review but it is never reciprocated. !!

I have tried by sending reminders .. which are ignored or I get a reply back "No problem, will do one shortly" .. and then they forget.

Even had one guest message me his review rather than leaving it on the AirBnB platform  !!!!!!

It is unfortunate that one of AirBnB criterias for super host is dependendent on a factor which is outside the hosts control
