Hello - this morning a guest who's booked my cottage for November, contacted me to say she'd received a response from me via Airbnb, that I'd clearly sent to someone else. I checked back and she's received a partial reply to an enquirer from 2 years ago. I haven't logged in to my Airbnb account for a few weeks, so it's not something I forwarded in error. Has anyone had the same problem? I don't know if my account's been hacked? I've tried contacting Airbnb directly, but because this doesn't correspond with any of their pre-scripted questions, I can't seem to do so!
