Hi, we have a guest that sent an inquiry today to see about getting a better rate if she were to book for 2 weeks. In the time she was trying to decide if she wanted it someone did an instant book for 3 days in the middle of the dates she wanted. She still wants to stay and will vacate the house for the 3 days. She has booked in for the first set of dates, but I want to send her a special offer for the second set of dates in order to honor the reduced fee we were going to charge her. But when she tries to send new inquiry it just sends her to our current conversation. How can I send her an offer?

Why would you give her any discount now, when she will not stay continuously? You will have to clean and change the beddings twice now, the same as you would have 2 guests.
