Is it possible to set a cancellation policy based on a specific event? I.e, have a universal policy of FLEXIBLE, yet have certain dates blocked as being STRICT because of demand?
@Larry34 You cannot set different cancellation policies for specific dates. In my area, there are several specific music festivals that people book a year in advance. I have strict cancellation while guests are booking these dates. Once these dates have been filled, I change to moderate. Not ideal, but I think it will meet my needs.
