cancellation refund to a different credit card

My expected guest coming in August is going to cancel but she said her credit card got stolen, so she doesn't want the credit to go to the card she no longer has.  How do we do this?  (Neither of us have cancelled it yet, because we're not sure how to do it).

Can anyone give advice if I require a refund but I have closed the original payment account?  Can they refund to another card or give you credit for next time?  Thank you

Welcome to the Community Center. 

I think that it would be best to get in touch with Airbnb so that they can give you advice. I found a helpful guide here that shows all possible ways to contact Airbnb. 

It would be great if you could let us know how everything goes.

now friend will not be joining and unsure since she made the reservations on her Airbnb .

I don't believe so @Stephanie1792  but give Airbnb a call and see what they suggest.
