Yes. I have spoken to the Airbnb on three separate occassions and they cannot resolve the issue. I have lost all three opportunities.
Since I cannot spend any more time discussing the issue with Airbnb- I have a professional job which affords my the home- I am simply moving to another firm which may charge a little more- but a lower return on something is soooo much better than 100% of NOTHING!
I am really not happy with the lack of support from Airbnb. I did expect a higher level of technology support and thoroughness.
