The owner of the apartment did not answer me, he did not confirmed the reservation yet, and for 4 hours it expires 24h. What happens after, if he does not confirm, the amount is refunded automatically and should I ask for a new accommodation?

Yes and Yes. If they do not respond you will not be charged. Just go back to searcing for and requesting another place that you would like to stay.

Thank you, so much. I'm new, and a bit scared. Do you recommend that I canceled it or wait for the time to expire, so that I could seek new accommodation as soon as possible, because I need it for tomorrow.

Yeah, if you are looking for tomorrow I would probably say cancel it. If they haven't gotten back to you in 20 hours likely the last 4 wont change anything. I am not sure but I believe AirBnB does not charge your card until a place is booked, they may place a hold- but you may want to check your credit card just in case. If this is your first time I would recommend that you try to stay with a Superhost and you read their entire listing including house rules and reviews thoroughly so you know what you are getting.
