is the pricing by the night per person or just by the night ?
It's up to you to decide if your base price is for one person, or for two - with extra charges for each guest after 2 people.
Generally - people price for 1 person, then have an additional small charge for a second person (if they are just renting out a room in their house). If it is a larger property, then the base price might be for 4 people, with extra charges per person per night after that.
If you are searching to be a guest, the price you see will be the price per night and will already take into account the host's additional person fees. For example, if a rental is 100 money units (pound, dollar, euro..), but has an additional person fee of 20 MU, then when you search and put in "two adults" for your search, then the price you will see will be 120MU. If you searched for the same unit as one person, then the price you would see would be 100.
If you are a host setting up a listing, then you put in a base rate, and then your additional person fees, as Gerry and Rashid said.
still confussed, so new to this, airbnb has put a price as 17 euros but nowhere does it say if this is per perso or just the night?
