I have recieved an email from Airbnb invoice@guesting-airbnb.com via bnc3.mailjet.com which looks like an email from airbnb to complete my verification process by transferring money. Can you please confirm if this is legit or a scam? Below are the details:

RENTER'S EXAM REQUESTS THROUGH AIRBNB AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR Amrita Dubey
3 STEPS TO BE VERIFIED AS A POTENTIAL RENTER
1. The potential tenant will pay Airbnb 1 month's rent + 2 months deposit by means of an electronic transfer from bank to bank. The deposit remains with Airbnb until the potential tenant meets the landlord, checks the apartment and makes a decision. The deposit remains blocked at Airbnb and only the potential tenant - Amrita Dubey - can release the funds
2. After we have received and secured the deposit from the potential tenant, Airbnb will become the tenant
The landlord affected in this agreement - Dr. Ing.Berg Isabelle Elisabeth- will receive a guarantee letter from Airbnb stating that Airbnb has received a deposit, which corresponds to the rent fixed by him / her for the property
3. The potential tenant will meet the landlord and personally check the property.
The potential tenant has two options:
He signs the rental agreement and Airbnb will immediately transfer the deposit to the host's bank account.
He does not sign the rental agreement and Airbnb will immediately refund the deposit to the potential renter's bank account (the transfer back does not take longer than 24 hours after receipt of the renter's request for reimbursement) .
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TRANSFER OF THE DEPOSIT
The deposit must be paid by bank to bank electronic money order.
Your deposit will be transferred to one of our available bank accounts. Funds will be secured until you inform us of the status of your final decision regarding the rental process.

To reject or cancel the test procedure, please send an e-mail with the subject " Cancellation # DE- Y9JHY9 " to payment@room-airbnb.com.
As soon as our bank confirms the transfer, we will inform the landlord that you are a verified tenant and that the rental agreement can be concluded.
