Good Morning

This Morning i received a booking and one of the dates the starting date is a check out date for another booking  My setting that i set requires 1 day between bookings. and the price is also incorrect so i cancelled the reservation and i'm being charged $50Dollars for cancelling

It's Mardi Gras here in New Orleans and now i'm getting messages warning of discontinuing as a Host

You should have contacted Airbnb instead of cancelling it yourself right away. Then they could investigate your settings and pricing. But you can still contact them to explain what happened: Contact Airbnb - A Community Help Guide [UPDATED] , Best regards, Emiel
