payment not at time of booking

a guest wants to book my listing now( early october) but  her company won't pay until end of month (late october). Is this on her or is their a way to accept a payment at a later date? Thanks for any advice....I am a new host!

Its on her, she has to pay at the time of booking and her company will pay her back at the end of the month.
