I have a big problem. 3 week before I made my first reservation on these website and it was necesary to make the paymant. But after I made it, I was recive a message from the guest and he told me that is not possible to rent his apartment. 
The problem is that I didnt recive my money back.
What can I do ? 
Please help me with a phone nr or an email adress.

I guess that you received that message from the host, not guest, @Moga0. Who cancelled the reservation? Only after cancelling will you be refunded.
