problem with verification process

hallo i wanted to know if anyone can help me. i was trying to book a room and needed to give some verifications. i did. now i got an email that i succesfully verified my account. i made the reservation, they did charge me with the money but now the host says he can see my reservation and the reservations is pending. i tried to contact airbnb but it says that first i need to verify my account which by the way i have done. i have done all verifications and there i no option for more. what can i do? i can;t speak with someone from airbnb . is there a way to contact them? thanks in advance for all the answers
