@Nat-And-Nidy0 Alter the dates of the reservation. Your guest will have to approve this change then Airbnb will take care of the refund.

how many days was your guest staying this could affect his weekly or monthly discount, weekly >7 day Monthly >28 days that provided you set this parameter of course.

Your guest may be getting back less money than he thinks under the above circumstances.

If you've been paid already your guest will have to go through the resolution centre.
