I still have not received payout from airbnb!! They have given me 3 different accounts everytime I have spoken to the customer service team. Once that payout has been completed and I am to receive payment in the next few days, second time that the tenant has paid but the payment to my account has been blocked and someone would phone me and today that it is indeed the tenant who has not paid and that no one had been notified at the payment department. On the community page I have seen that this has happened to several people and now I'm really worried. How can this happen? They should go down for what they are doing. I am meant to receive a call from the payment department within 24 hours but I fear it is a scam. Every person from customer service has lied.
I have been a host for over 2 years and haven't ever had a glich in payment til NOW! No payment for April and I don't know who to speak with. Maybe a class action lawsuit against company should be considered. Any lawyers available to take them on?
