Ants / Silverfish in the flat. how to react an go on from a negative review?

Hello,

 I feel terribly sorry after my last guest left he said that there where some silverfishes in my flat. That is very uncomfortable, as I can imagine. And also in the review he stated that fact, as I would have also done as guest. Now I spoke with exterminator to fix that problem. And now it is fixed. Perhaps you had some problems with bugs as well. How did you handle it, and how did you handle the bad review considering the bugs in your flat? Did you answer publicly or how did you react to this?

I would appreciate any hints and clues to go on from this.
