For second time i invited someone to register and use Airbnb and just like the last time they never sent me the money they were supossed to send. One of my friends registered and rented his apartment and the second one registered and booked an apartment. Who is suposed to be responsible for taking care of that? in the list they appear as registered but nothing booked yet. The thing is that i know that they rent their appartment or booked something cause they told me.  This time im not even able to contact Airbnb per e-mail cause i cant find any e-mail or number! just that unuseful FAQ. For what are we paying that extra 24/7 service fee if they dont even have an adequate system to help the people who use Airbnb and generate them profit!

Well let me just clear it for you. First of all normally you pay Airbnb an extra "service gebühr"  in which they state that is for the improvement of their 24/7 Kundenservice and to improve their platform so today one Airbnb worker called me, when i asked for a hotline to call them in case that my problem dont get solved he told me that they dont have one but we can comunicate by email. That means they are not even really using the extra money (which is not less) you pay to improve their service for people who are their customers and help them earn their money. Second they build a platform that replace that in order to spend less money in customer service in which they let other members aswer to the questions of other desperate customers. Normally a FAQ should be writen by the company in order to give right and clear answers to the customers and avoid members like you try to give an answer or solution to a problem for which the member is not an expert, sometimes give just answers dont help at all and dont even get paid for their advice. Thats why after spending around 10 to 15min and many clicks to find a way to contact directly Airbnb and found it, i wrote the same message stating my problem i guess i deliver my message of unconformity so well that the finally call me and ask me how could they help me. At the end they didnt solved my problem completely but they offer me to send them more information by email. So as a customer i know that you would like to help other people and that is apreciated but sometimes is just the duty of the company to clear that stuff because they get paid for that! so in the future i recommend you to give a solution instead of just writing something that doesnt help at all. P.s. check how many people complain about the same and dont know what to do! i know that you are a complete expert Level 10 but there some members who are Level 1 ;).

Da gibt's noch viel mehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber in anderen Sprachen (auch in deiner), und noch viel mehr FAQs:  Community Center language platforms. Vielleicht bringt dich das weiter.

@Carlos57 Es gibt FAQ von Airbnb - das Hilfe-Center. Die Telefonnummer von Airbnb steht auf jedem Reiseplan. 

well it wasnt about a booking or a Reiseplan so i wasnt looking for a customer service number in a Reiseplan 😉 different stuff that im talking about here but thanks anyways for the tip.

Ich habe gehört, dass heute im englischsprachigen Community Center Chip Conley himself sich um die Anfragen kümmert, und die armen Würste dort mal für einen Tag entlastet!

well write please the number of Airbnb customer service for cases like mine. I wonder cause if you read what i wrote before i was just talking yesterday with a customer service agent which told me that they dont have one and the agents number was from San Francisco Ca which would be very expensive to call for a customer who is in Germany. Write the custer service number u

I think it states very clear, if i understand german right that number is for urgently Situations!!! or a booking, problems with the Check in or when something unexpected happen. Am i understanding good what it states in german?

@Carlos57 This really gets annoying. You want a number - you get a number and still it's not right. This is the normal number which I always call when I've got a problem which cannot be solved with the help center or the CC. And it's not written in fat letters everywhere to prevent all those nonsense question which could be easily answered with the help center or common sense.

thanks for being polite if you dont want to take part in the conversation nobody force you to stay! Once you are in my shoes you will understand what i mean with a better customer service! Im not agains another members but i was even thank by this Airbnb agent for message cause this are the things that make them improve their service. Once again i know that both of you are experts and know everything but there is people in the community that are not such an experts like you, just try to understand that dont let your judge give aswers like the one related to language. this an international community not a national one! thats why you put in your profile that you are able to speak many languages english, french, german... and as you know english is de facto the most international language. once again thanks for your help! keep always cool and polite.
