one guest always left the "Heizung" at 5 -the highest level- in Oktober 2018, and has spent 250 points for only 20 days!? I think this is the normal amount which normal people would spend for about 2 months instead of 20 days!

After I 've told and suggested her to reduce the heating at least during her absence in the flat, she said that she was only away for a few hours and it would be cold for her.

Nevertheless: she was running around in the flat with only T-shirt instead of wearing at least a sweatshirt !

What should I do !? Can I ask her for a compensation as an extra Dienstleistung !?

Hope that someone can help me by answering my questions. Thanks in advance.

@Mulan1  Gäste verbrauchen Wasser und Strom, lassen die Klimaanlage oder die Heizung auf volle Pulle laufen. Das ist nun mal so und das mußt du in deinem Preis einkalkulieren.

... oder du musst mittels technischer Vorrichtungen verhindern, dass mit der Heizungs kein Blödsinn getrieben wird. Da gibt es moderne Systeme. Die Investition lohnt sich, wie du siehst.
