They start remodelate my facade building, that the email i send my futures customers and i write in my announce to the futures customres, i dis 20% off of my prices telling my clients the reason. o think will be not big trouble because the people are at this time out of appartment.  WHATS YOUR OPINION.?

Hi! I muss inform you, that last THursday 26/04/2018 they start to remodalate the facede of the building from the first floor , we are in 8 floor, They work from 9:30 until 18:30 during the week . not weekends. I have put some photos about that in my announce. I think will be not big problem because they are not all the time doing noise and they are now in first floor . But i muss to advice you. Hola @Vicente-Javier0: Es muy buena idea, informa a tus huéspedes con anticipación. Las reservas ya hechas, pueden causar problemas aunque los huéspedes acepten, pero te arriesgas que por una razón u otra, después reclamen. AirBnB graba tus condiciones y anuncio en el momento de la reserva y el huésped no está obligado a aceptar alguna modificación.
