Adding a third parties information to reservation

When people are booking there needs to be a box asking if this is a third-party booking or not. If they are booking for a relative or employee they need to list that persons  information and  add them to their profile. I get people who want to book and pay for the reservation, sometimes they don't reveal that this is for someone else.

@Sugar1 the reason Airbnb doesn't allow this option is that people are not allowed to book on behalf of someone else. See the info here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1311/who-can-book-trips-on-behalf-of-someone-else

The exception is for Business Travel enrollees, wherein both parties' accounts are displayed to you as the host.

Aside from these, you should not accept a booking if the person staying is not the one shown in the profile, and if you discover this detail after accepting you can contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel without penalty.

This happened to me when a young woman was booking for her parents, believing that the parent could not figure out how to do it. It's not uncommon.
