Thank you so much for having created such an amazing App.
My only concern is with the difficulty to join you and the ability to be able to discuss with ONE, unique, Account Manager.
As Hosts we all happen to have on and off some issues. Those issues may be specific to our listing. For example I run a Boat & Breakfast which makes my listing quite different from an apartment.
Like with your bank, you like to be able to reach out to one person who knows you, who can better understand your problems.
It's frustrating to be obliged to explain the same thing to different persons.
Think about it.
