Esta es mi primera temporada de fin de año como anfitrion. Es muy descepcionante que viajeros puedan realizar con relativa facilidad reservas para fechas importantes, pero pueden hacer cancelaciones sin ningun inconveniente. Seria util alguna herramienta que facilite cierto tipo de restriccion para periodos que el anfitrion considere especialmente importantes.
This is my first year as a host in December. It is very disappointing that travelers can book very easily for high season, but they can make cancellations without any inconvenience. A tool that helps hosts with certain type of restriction for special temps, considered especially important, would be very usefull.
