From a host's point of view...
The app is extremely slow on Apple phones.
It is also frustrating when i respond to a guest via air bnb messenger through my phone but it doesn't register on my inbox that the querie has been answered. Then i will get a prompt from air bnb to say that i haven't answered a potential guest when i have already done this - i really hope this is not affecting my response rate.
Hosts should be able to sync the air bnb calendar with their phone calendar - no brainer!
To assist with check in's hosts should be able to upload an image of the meeting point or the front door of the property.
Air bnb should also prompt hosts to increase prices over public holidays or at least give them some direction on this.
