@Zvi4   Just ignore those price tips, almost all hosts do, they're absurdly low. Also they are computer generated based on some algorithms- the places they call "similar listings" are often not at all similar but for the number of rooms, number of guests, or the area. The only time I even look at them is when I need a laugh.
